How to install a WordPress theme manually
The purchased theme downloading navigation may differ from another store/site. Here I’ll show you from the ThemeForest.
Once you downloaded the file you ready to install on your site.
Login to your WordPress dashboard and then navigate to Appearance -> Themes -> Add New.
The Add New button takes you to the next step, choose Upload Theme and then click on choose file.
Once you choose the WordPress theme to click on Install now button, now the theme is processed to uploading.
Note: The WordPress must be in the compressed Zip format, otherwise you got an error.
Now, you’re ready to activate the theme now.
Once the theme is activated the site design is changed. Now you’re ready to publish your posts or redesign your site structure or anything you can do with the paid theme which is what function they have.
The active theme is now changed to the newly installed theme.
